I. PABX and Voice Mail Systems Planning Services
On behalf of the client, ZHAOSHI-SYSTEM shall provide a detail project plan to facilitate and coordinate  at the planning stage. The project can be executed according to plan if the equipment has been finalized and the project members from the Client and ZHAOSHI-SYSTEM endorse defined milestones and checklists so that all aspects of the PABX system are thoroughly studied and covered. Once the customer has finalized the contract with ZHAOSHI-SYSTEM, we will prepare a phase plan for the complete PABX project, showing the time and resources, which are required.
Planning services include:
- Determination of the PABX capacity
- Phase plan preparation with milestones and started deliverables
- Training plan for administrator, telephone operator and ends users
The planning services enable the client to know in advance what the cost and duration of the PABX system will be and what resources will be needed. A thorough project plan and systematic use of checklists ensures that the project will be delivered on the agreed information supplied by the client and ZHAOSHI-SYSTEM. II. PABX System Designing Services
The Design Service includes the functional design that is agreed between the consultant and the client, which streamlines into a detailed technical design for implementation. The design shall take into account for the needs of security, fault tolerance, and connectivity. Extension lines, directly lines, and fax lines are designed to conform to the client¡¯s requirements. Lead Systems can also provide consultation and recommendation for the client.
The design will be tested and shown to work in a controlled test environment to demonstrate the systems meets client¡¯s requirements before a full implementation take place.
The configuration processes and procedures will be documented so that it can be relayed to the administrator and operation teams for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
