In addition to the factory warranty provided for the equipment and material, ZHAOSHI-SYSTEM will  provide 12-months warranty against any engineering defeats. During the warranty period, ZHAOSHI-SYSTEM will provide the following services:
1. Updating and change of related documentation as-and-when needed.
2. Providing additional training for extra users and supervisor.
3. Diagnose the related problems and provide factory warranty services against defeats.
4. Assist in installation of new services.
5. One year free on-site maintenance services on equipment supplied
6. Free hot-line number for new requirements planning and consultation
7. Conduct once a month preventive maintenance service.
A ZHAOSHI-SYSTEM engineer will be assigned to diagnose the client¡¯s IT system performance
After the warranty period, ZHAOSHI-SYSTEM will provide contract-based maintenance services. In addition to the above-mentioned services, ZHAOSHI-SYSTEM also provide weekend and 24-hours coverage. |
